Currently the couriers we use for our shipments are DHL, GLS, FedEx *. For shipments to Rome there is a dedicated delivery service.

Important Notes: Shipping costs may be subject to additional surcharges based on the nature of the shipment (destination, weight over 10 kg, volume and other cases established by the courier himself) which cannot be quantified in the first phase of the order. You can send an order cancellation request following our integration request.

 

Any customs or import fees are not charged at the time of purchase on Julia Italica Excellence. Customs fees, if due, are to be paid by the recipient. Julia Italica Excellence has no control over these duties. For more information, we recommend that you contact the customs authorities of your country.

 

In principle, all items sent from abroad are subject to VAT and customs duties. The recipient of a consignment from abroad is required to pay value added tax (VAT) calculated on the value of the goods and customs duties on the gross weight. These costs should not be confused with transport costs, which are paid at the time of purchase.

Attention: it is not possible to request the cancellation of foreign orders already shipped. For canceled and / or not collected parcels, the company will retain all customs fees incurred (the amount of these costs cannot be calculated in advance).

Return & Exchange Policy

Purchases made on the Julia Italica Excellence Srls site are governed by Italian law on mail order sales.

 

The cost of shipping costs, if incurred during the purchase, is not reimbursed. We only refund the value spent on the returned products.

If you have made a mistake in the purchase, or you have purchased items you did not want, or you are not satisfied with the order made, you have 15 working days from the date of delivery to exercise the right of withdrawal, or the possibility of returning the product (s) and be reimbursed for the expense.

We will accept the return of the items, as long as they are in like new condition.

 

ATTENTION: the right of withdrawal is not provided, as indicated by law, for food or household / personal hygiene products delivered on a regular basis.

 

For returns from abroad: the shipping costs are charged to the customer and, from the amount of the returned items, any customs costs that the courier requires when accepting the package will be reversed (therefore the refund amount will be equal to difference between the amount of the returned items and the amount of customs costs).

 

Julia Italica Excellence reserves the right not to grant free returns in case of abuse of the service (when 20% of the goods purchased in the last 12 months are exceeded). Consequently, the return can be made at your own expense.

 

Damaged or non-compliant products: if you receive damaged or non-compliant goods, please notify us within 5 working days at the service center.

Julia Italica Excellence will take care of organizing the collection of the goods by express courier at the agreed address. You will not have to bear any costs for the collection, it is borne by Julia Italica Excellence.

How to prepare the package for the return?

You can use the same box with which you received the goods or any box suitable for the size of the product (s) to be returned.

If the product is fragile and is likely to be damaged during transport, take care to include newspaper or other paper in the package.

Include in the package a copy of the receipt or invoice you received with your order.

If necessary, include in the package the bank details for the refund to the current account, if you paid cash on delivery or bank transfer (see "How does the refund work?" For more details).

 

Seal the box in order to deliver a package suitable for transport to the courier.

 

How does the refund work?

The refund is made within 10 working days of receiving the returned package.

The refund methods are as follows:

If the order has been paid by credit card, you can ask for the amount to be credited to your credit card;

If the order has been paid on delivery, you can request that the amount be credited to your bank account by bank transfer.
